The ultimate solution for remote desktops… (unaffiliated review)
An introductory look at the JetKVM, an IP KVM device. This will give me full remote access to my computer, including the BIOS, allowing me to rectify my security issues with remote desktop on Wayland and Linux. It also will allow me to dual-boot into any operating system if I need to. Purchased with my own money. I have no affiliation with JetKVM.
One thing I didn’t mention in the video, the JetKVM is open source! See the source code here: https://github.com/jetkvm/kvm
There is also a RJ11 accessory port you can use to tie into your computers power/reset buttons.
Only downside so far is the lack of audio, but maybe that will come in the future via updates.
